Yes, we are in need of lots of volunteers and we will be opening staff booking soon.
We are currently working on a jam packed event from the moment you arrive on Friday 10th until the closing ceremony on Sunday 12th July. There will be plenty of time for exploring the activities, meeting old friends and making news ones!

All monies and numbers have to be in by the end of April 2020.

Yes it is, as of 19/11/19. However, you can still book on. Registration was to aid the build of the site and the development of numbers expected. For more details look under booking information!
It has to be campsite as the toilets are professionally supplied and serviced.
No, they need a Scouting DBS to attend the event. These are free and can be applied for in enough time for the event.
Scouting rules don’t require a day visitor to have a DBS providing the rules of the yellow card are followed.

Bramham Park is a area of estate land near Wetherby with limited access points. There will be security on the main entrance points to the campsites.
This is a question that needs to be answered by ………’s leaders as they would need to be able to accommodate this within their plans. I suggest you discuss it with them as soon as possible to see what can be organised. What we can say is that if the colony and group leaders can accommodate your request, it is not a problem to the camp.

Due to it being a greenfield site, we can’t provide wifi for everyone- technically it isn’t doable. However, with so many activities we hope you can put your phones down for 48 hours and really enjoy yourselves with all the activities on offer!
Bramham Park has no Bears or Wolves. Or Lions. Or anything like that. But see if you can spot Pheasants, Red Kites, rabbits, squirrels and much more smaller wildlife. You may even find a Beaver….
No toilets are individual pods and all will be unisex.
No but there will be site transport available to transport kit and personnel to the campsites.
Yes! We don’t lock anybody in- the gates will be manned by security 24 hours a day.
No- open fires are not allowed at Bramham Park.
Disabled parking will be available.
Bramham Park is a private estate and all entry and exit points will be manned.
Media and Communications
We cannot guarantee that photographs won’t be taken but if you speak to Media should you see a photograph online, then they will take it offline.
